In his current role as the Design Engineer Senior Manager at The Boeing Company, Alfredo Rodriguez has had a tremendous impact on programs of national and international importance, such as the Presidential aircraft and the International Space Station.
With his excellent combination of design engineering and management skills, Mr. Rodriguez has distinguished himself as among the best and brightest of Boeing’s leadership while leading a team of 220 engineers, who provide cutting edge technologies and structural engineering solutions for Boeing Commercial Airlines, Boeing Global Services, and Boeing Defense, Space & Security, across three locations.
A first-generation Cuban American who was born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Rodriguez earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and went on to get a master’s degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as completing certification programs at the University of Kentucky and Stanford University.
